The Vision Group LLC

We completely redesigned and rewrote the website for The Vision Group, a Sarasota-based construction and real estate company. This involved restructuring the information on the site in a much more accessible and clear way, making use of pages, subpages, and dropdowns. The site features a yellow and sky blue color scheme to match the Florida vibe. We also came up with the slogan: "Exceeding Expections. True to Your Vision" The site uses SEO techniques as well.

Costa Rican Villa Real Estate

SynFluence completely redesigned and rewrote the site for CostaRicanVilla.net, a vacation rental home site. The redesign included making the page 100% responsive making it more up-to-date, modern, and attention-grabbing in presentation, creating a logo, incorporating a new color scheme involving tropically-inspired teals, adding entrance animations, and much more. The copywriting involved adding much original content to enhance relevance of content on the site, rewriting old content in a more accessible and SEO relevant way, and furthering specificity of information upon request.

Warwick-Hale Holdings

SynFluence designed the completely original webpage for Warwick-Hale Holdings, a Tampa-based real estate company. Additionally, SynFluence provided copywriting services with original content for the entire site. The process involved writing using SEO and then structuring all of the information into an accessible, easy to read, yet informative and engaging presentation. It also involved creating a slogan, a logo, including relevant and eye-catching photos and slideshows, and more.
